Dr. Jialuo Luo joined the Commercialisation Team at Imperial College London in 2023. She works with healthcare innovations arising from Faculty of Engineering, supporting IP evaluation and protection, marketing, licensing, spinout formation, and industry collaborations.
She holds a PhD in Materials Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and a dual master’s degree in Polymer Science from the University of Freiburg and the University of Strasbourg. Her technical expertise spans medical devices, drug delivery, nanomaterials, optics, and polymers.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, Dr. Luo has gained valuable experience across the innovation ecosystem, including roles in investment, consulting, and startup ventures.
