Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation Officer, Medicine

Nour joined imperial in November 2019 as an IPC Officer for the Faculty of Medicine, working closely with the academic teams and the industry managing the technology transfer activities for a portfolio of medical devices, form the detection and evaluation of invention, Intellectual property protection, towards a successful commercialisation and public’s benefits realisation.

Prior to that Nour acquired specific knowledge and know how about the interface between research and industry through experiences as a tech transfer, business development and research contracts manager for the faculty of medicine of university in France, and for a Theme Based Tech Transfer Consortium focused on translating technologies from French research institution appropriate to the problematics and in support of technical development of nonwestern world countries.

Nour has a background in cellular biology and physiology which she complemented with a Master program specialised in Innovation and Technology Transfer and an MSc Bio-Business program.
