Fiona Jamieson

Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation Senior Executive, Natural Sciences
Fiona holds a PhD in Chemistry having investigated the opto-electronic properties of nanomaterials for next generation solar cells. She has experience of working with industry in an academic context working alongside a solar energy company during her research.
Fiona joined Imperial Enterprise in 2015 and has significant experience in initiating and building relationships with external stakeholders within academic, industry and third sector building on her experiences in innovation policy, including most recently the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.
Fiona primarily focuses on the development of research opportunities across the Faculty of Natural Sciences, manging key accounts in the energy, chemical and agriculture sectors as well as having a portfolio of patents with academics from the Department of Chemistry.
